| Known for her enthusiasm and exuberance, Rachel loves giving inspiring food demonstrations to audiences of any size, from small groups of hands-on students to crowds of several hundred at a food fair or county show.
When cooking, Rachel’s enjoyment shines through entertaining onlookers with her skill and sense of humour. Incorporating local and seasonal produce, she often themes her demonstrations to the season, type of produce or towards a special occasion when a fantastic recipe is required.
As well as food demonstrations, Rachel is often involved with recipe development for many national food campaigns. Her recipe creations are wide-ranging in style and appeal to all age-groups and for all occasions. Her love of fresh, British produce is obvious in all her working partnerships with the food industry.
Rachel has worked on food promotional projects including Yes Peas!, Great British Carrots, Chantenay carrots, British Asparagus, UK Shallots and Totally Traditional Turkeys.
